Yes, this is an upgrade to 86271-53030, so if you have that, you can use this one too.

86807-0W060 is for this version, which is also know as PZ485-X03EU-07.
The part number you get on toyota's website ( PZ485-X93EU-08) is the part number of the map 2008-2009, which I will post soon.
